Beach Trip
I don’t post many pics, but here are just a few from our trip to the Beach on Saturday. Six hours there and back for 3 hours of beach time, but it was fun. We went with some friends.
Count Dooku with his friend Blondie, the tannest little girl I have ever seen.
The men in my life: Hubby, Count Dooku and Obi-Wan. Notice Obi-Wan is further back from the shoreline. He was a wee bit hesitant to let the water touch him, but ended up enjoying it later.
Oh and I had to add a pic of the bird girl. She was throwing bread to the gulls. It was amazing to watch this huge group of them flapping thier wings just hovering. They actually caught the pieces of bread she threw into the air.
I wish people wouldn’t feed the wildlife though. There were birds everywhere, all of them obviously unafraid of humans. I worry that baby birds will grow up depending on people for food, never really learning how to hunt for their own food.

Fun! We went to the beach, too. Was it hot? It’s been super hot here, but it’s always just perfect at the beach.
I’m against feeding wildlife, too. They just get too bold and expect it all the time.
We just don’t get that beach time out here in the desert, but I’m looking forward to that kind of trip down the road. I’m sure it took you no more than a few days to remove sand from EVERYWHERE!
I want to nibble on your girl’s chubbiness. She is so sweet and adorable. I miss having little ones so much. Babies brought me so much joy. I used to nibble on the boys’ toes(before they became big and smelly). I love all babies. I don’t need them to be “my” babies. I enjoy them all. She looks like a delightful child to have in your home.
