Cornflake Wreaths

These cute and tasty wreaths are super simple to make. Here’s what you’ll need:

ingredients.jpg
1 stick unsalted butter(1/2 cup), 5 cups marshmallows(if using the big ones squish them down into the measuring cup so it’s accurate), 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon green food coloring, 4 cups Cornflakes and Red Hots candies (not pictured).

Before beginning the cooking process, line a large cookie sheet with waxed paper and lightly grease the waxed paper.

In a large non stick sauce pan combine the marshmallows and butter

Spoon out onto the cookie sheet in wreath shapes

Now just let them set and peel them off the waxed paper when ready to serve or plate. *Note - I forgot to buy little red hot candies. But normally these wreaths would have a few of those placed on top as Holly Berries.

Very cute! But very messy. I don’t know if I’d let the kids make these or not.
