Kid Speak #8

When you’re a baby, it takes intense concentration and immense effort, to poop. Angel Girl’s grunts can be heard throughout the apartment. Her face goes red and her eyes glaze over. After she had finished one such episode this evening I began to change her diaper. Count Dooku came our way and stopping in his tracks with a look of amazement on his face said, ” I didn’t know girl’s could poop!!”

Me: *silence and amazement*

Yes, but it’s only the boys who are obsessed with it and all other bodily functions and noises…trust me, I know this from experience!

At least your baby lets you know she’s pooping. Usually I find out someone has pooped when they show up at my feet with it all dripping down their legs, smelling like a landfill! (Quiet as a mouse!!) :-P

Hahahaha! Who knew that most of the days of motherhood are spent cheering your kids poop! My soon is constantly proud of his poop and asks me to come look at it…. great! (Just like his father….)
