Kids say the darndest things
March 5, 2008 by Summer
Because I can’t come up with anything better at this time.
Count Dooku’s favorite expressions:
“Holy vanilly cow!!”
“What da barnacles?!?”
“What da flippin’ heck?!?!?”
I definitely know where he picked up on the last phrase. And I believe the second one can be attributed to a talking yellow sponge. The first however? No idea. But it cracks me up every time he uses it, which is a lot.
Obi Wan doesn’t really use any out of the ordinary expressions, but he does say things that make my heart melt. Like last week, he formed a little heart with his two index fingers and thumbs and said to me, “Mommy, you make my heart happy,” in his high pitched voice.
Yeah, I really don’t want this kid to grow up. He makes my heart happy.

O, my precious yiddo buddies!!!!
Nothing warms the soul like little children. Thanks for sharing!
Too cute. At least it’s better than the “Holy Crap” and “What the…” that we get at our house. And yes, I know where they get it from…
Oh I love those lovey dovey moments!
Precious.
Our princess likes to use Daddy’s favorite expression: ‘Beast-it!’
If she were to use mine, it would be either ‘What the Jack?!’ or ‘Crimenently!’ (pronounced: crime-a-nent-ly)
Holy Vanilla Cow - too cute! All of them are cute! It’s funny what they pick up and decide to use for their own and how cute it is coming out of them. Have a good afternoon Summer - see you soon. Kellan
Awwwww! My kids make my heart happy too!
This post is very cute. Isn’t being a mom the best?
That is hilarious!

Oh how sweet is that! I love all of the unique little things that each kid comes up with.
AHHHH Now I can’t wait for mine to talk.
Soooooo sweet. I love that…’makes my heart happy’.

The ‘vanilly cow’ is just too funny!
